Klaaryo is an AI recruiting assistant that screens candidates in conversation, so that recruiters spend their time on the people worth meeting.
When a candidate enters Klaaryo, the assistant contacts them directly, asks the questions the role requires, and evaluates the answers against the criteria defined for that position. Every conversation produces a structured outcome: an overall score, a fit rating, a written summary of the candidate's answers, and a link to the full conversation.
The integration with Teamtailor keeps that work where recruiters already are. Klaaryo reads published jobs and their applications from Teamtailor, screens the candidates, and writes the result back onto each candidate's profile as a partner result — visible on the profile and on the candidate card, without leaving Teamtailor. Candidates also move through the job's pipeline as the conversation progresses, following the mapping agreed during setup.
Candidates reach Klaaryo in two ways: automatically, from the jobs selected for screening, or one at a time, when a recruiter places Klaaryo as a trigger on a stage.
Klaaryo is a contracted service: an active agreement with Klaaryo is required before the integration can be enabled. Customers without one can request a demo from the Klaaryo website.

Two things are required before starting:
The steps below are also covered in the onboarding sessions held with the Klaaryo team, where the configuration is walked through together and any question about a specific account is answered.
Open the Marketplace in the Teamtailor settings, search for Klaaryo and activate it. The activation form requires no input: the configuration is completed by the Klaaryo team.

Klaaryo reads jobs and applications, and writes candidates and their progression, through the Teamtailor API.
From the Teamtailor settings, open Integrations → API keys and create a new key.

The key must have Admin read and write permissions. With a read-only key the import works and every write fails later, which is the most common cause of a failed setup.

Klaaryo needs your region and Company Id to complete the activation. Both info are available in the page URL:
